Here you will find a list of ORTLIEB service dealers in Germany who have been specially trained by us to carry out repairs on our products. We have also provided them with an extensive range of spare parts. They can help you quickly and unbureaucratically on the spot when it comes to assessing a complaint, replacing a plug, repairing small holes, replacing a screw or similar. This means that you may be able to avoid sending your bag to ORTLIEB.

Our in-house ORTLIEB customer service is of course still available to help with repairs, conversions and other defects.
